This is a new age
The rebirth of sinister ancients marks the dawn of our demise and enslavement
We stand baffled as darkness falls voraciously the forgotten waiting for the time to strike mere mortals face these gods impervious might
There's a world of faceless creatures looming just beyond the sky planning to overtake and manipulate our human lives
Constructing a new earth of genetically birthed mankind disguised in our own skin something we never fantasized
An attack a million years in preparation the humans never anticipated death from above they hoped for life
Constructing a new earth of genetically birthed mankind disguised in our own skin something we never fantasized
Descended to build a revolution of enhanced beings and to clear our minds of the one we know as god
And now these creatures enforce their decree and take our planet with their disease
Celestial demons need an earthly energy vital to their growth and salubrity

My first exposure to Inferi was seeing them live with Shadows of Intent. They were supporting this album.
Unbelievably awesome live show and the greatest possible way to discover this amazing band.
Love everything they produce. Obstacle of Affliction

Since Spenser Moore replaced Blackburn I’ve frankly appreciated Inferi far more. I feel that his drumming improves the overall sound of the band a great deal, but it’s probably just a personal style preference. Either way, Of Sunless Realms was a great foreshadowing of the epic Vile Genesis. Metallurgical Fire
